@ Calvary, church is not just on Sunday. It's a daily celebration. Every day of the week, you'll find our pastors and ministry leaders involved with the community and interacting with people on a personal level. Whether it's a phone call that reaches a "live person" at the church or our pastors visiting those who are ill, distressed, or just want to pray, the development of personal relationships is at the core of our ministries.

At home, our focus is to assist our community in developing closer relationships with each other and with Christ.

Our Women's Ministry has developed a homebound assistance program, which provides meals and other necessities for those who are suffering from illness.

Our Children's Ministry is focused on helping our children develop a personal relationship with Christ while providing opportunities to cultivate relationships within families and with each other.

Our Youth Ministry have developed a youth program that has taken her into the public middle schools in Alameda to minister to teens on a weekly basis.

Our nursing home ministry visits the Alameda Care Center twice a month. The elderly enjoy songs, scripture readings, and celebrations with those at Calvary who are committed to encouraging the elderly.

Our men's ministry has developed programs to assist single mothers and senior citizens with building and repair projects. In addition, the men's ministry assists home-missions churches in building projects each year.
